Using the custom LEAK TruStream app, this platform ensures stable network performance, precise clocking and low-jitter data handling — essential elements for achieving truly high-fidelity streaming.
TruStream supports a comprehensive range of modern music services and playback technologies, including Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, TuneIn, Internet Radio, AirPlay 2 and Roon Ready certification.
Network playback from shared storage via DLNA and SMB/CIFS is also supported, along with direct playback from USB drives and external storage.

Despite its advanced capabilities, the LEAK TruStream is designed to be exceptionally simple to install and operate. Network connection can be established via Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet, providing flexibility for any listening environment. For added convenience, WPS pairing allows compatible routers to connect instantly at the press of a button. Once connected, the dedicated LEAK TruStream app for iOS and Android provides intuitive control over setup, streaming services and local music libraries, bringing together modern convenience and classic hi-fi performance in a beautifully straightforward user experience.

At the heart of TruStream lies the ESS Sabre ES9038Q2M Reference DAC — one of the most respected digital-to-analogue converters in modern audio design.

Carefully implemented with LEAK’s low-noise power design and signal-isolation architecture, the DAC enables TruStream to reveal the subtle textures, spatial cues, and musical dynamics in high-resolution recordings.

Supported formats include PCM up to 768kHz, DSD up to DSD512, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, APE, MP3, AAC, OGG and other formats.
This ensures that TruStream can reproduce everything from classic CD-quality recordings to studio-master high-resolution files with absolute accuracy.
Analogue Purity, Digital Flexibility
Unlike many streaming devices that function purely as digital transport devices, TruStream is designed as a complete, high-performance source component.
The integrated DAC allows direct analogue connection to amplifiers via both RCA and balanced XLR outputs, preserving the full resolution of high-definition audio formats.
